Closed weekends and statutory holidays. But if something urgent pops up, try the emergency line above - someone's usually monitoring it.
Honestly, taking transit's your best bet. We're literally across from Burrard Station on the Expo Line. Exit at Burrard, walk east for like two minutes, and you're here. The Canada Line from the airport also connects at Waterfront if you're flying in.
If you're driving, fair warning - downtown Vancouver parking isn't cheap. But there are options. Our building has visitor parking (enter from West Georgia), or there's an Impark lot half a block away on Burrard Street. Street parking's also available but it's metered and time-limited.
Bike parking's in the building's underground level. We've got secure racks and a changing room with lockers if you need to freshen up. The Burrard Street bike lane brings you right to our doorstep.
Our building's fully accessible with ramps at the main entrance on West Georgia. Elevators are wide and accessible-friendly. If you need any accommodations for your visit, just let us know ahead of time and we'll make sure everything's sorted.
